Spencer Shore

Spencer Shore is Program Manager of the American Hotel and Lodging Foundation working cross functionally to improve system processes and efficiencies while leading key program projects. Spencer will support the strategic goals within each program area to improve outcome measures.

Spencer has worked in the non-profit space 5+ years and has experience developing community-centered strategies, organizing, developing, and producing community-facing programs and designing opportunities for both in-person and virtual. He initiated and led programming to drew the largest day of service in Philadelphia with over 150,000 people and 150+ community organizations. Additionally, he has developed webinar series and community website for small business owners to increase generational wealth in low-to-moderate income neighborhoods. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Organizational and Community Leadership and is completing his Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Management from the University of Delaware in Newark, DE.
