Nicole Di Fabio joined the AHLA Foundation as a Senior Program Manager, Industry Initiatives & Engagement in June 2026. Nicole has experience in designing and leading engagement, professional development, and community-building initiatives. Prior to the AHLA Foundation, she served in a leadership role at the American Chemical Society, where she contributed to global membership and engagement strategies, developed mentorship and career advancement programs, managed cross-functional initiatives, and built meaningful experiences that strengthened member connection and retention.

Nicole earned her M.A. in Anthropology from the George Washington University, her B.A. in Anthropology and Women’s Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
