ForWardThinking

Inspiring career opportunities in hospitality.

Students and parents alike are often unaware of the many career pathways the hospitality industry offers, or that the industry provides resources to build strong families while having financial success. The ForWardThinking speaker series brings executive women to hospitality schools across the country to share their stories and encourage students to join the industry.

Conversations, not lectures.

Whether in-person on campus or virtually, ForWardThinking panelists tell stories about their career paths and lives, and then work in smaller breakout groups with students. While there is no formal presentation, panelists come prepared to connect and engage with students.
